The Sun-Herald City2Surf, now coming up to its 40th anniversary, is a truly iconic Sydney event and one of the largest fun-runs in the world.
The 14km route from the Sydney CBD to Bondi Beach is engrained with the sweat and dreams of the huge fields that have toiled for glory over the years. It's one of the few sporting events whole families can take part in, and an event renowned for creating new friendships and building teams.
This year we want to do it together and for Cure Our Kids...
Event date is 9th August 2009
Participants can join The Cure Our Kids City2Surf Team either as an individual or a group and register as part of the marathon or walk it at the back of the pack.
