Be Challenged

Thursday, 25th June 2009

On the 25th June, staff from the company SAS Trustee Corporation took part in a teambuilding day run by Be Challenged at the Botanic Gardens in Sydney.

Staff spent the day finding hidden bike parts and working in teams to assemble the parts into fully functioning, brand new mountain bikes.

To their great surprise, three families from the oncology ward at Westmead were there for the final presentation at the day's end.

The SAS Trustee Corporation staff presented the brand new bikes to newly diagnosed patients, Sam Lin and Alexander Pan who came along with their parents for the afternoon.

Anthony Magtanong's father, Teody, accepted one of the brand new mountain bike's on behalf of Anthony, as he unfortunately had to remain in hospital for tests.

A huge thank you to Be Challenged and SAS Trustee Corporation!
